1. State's assets based on the law on assets management and usage;

2. Social ownership of property;

3. Land ownership in accordance with land law;

4. Secured properties in accordance with law on secured transaction;

5. Properties of  judgment execution in accordance with Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments.

6. Properties which are material evidences or means used in administrative violations being confiscated for the state; properties that are distrainted to ensure the conviction of administrative violations

7. Properties in the National Reserve in accordance with regulations on nature reserves;

8. Fixed business property in accordance with law on managing, using state capital in manufaturing, trading in the businesses;

9. Business assets, cooperative declared  going bankrupt in accordance with the law on bankruptcy;

10. Infrastrutures and the right of charging fee for using road infrastruture assets in accordance with law on administration, use and exploitation of road infrastructure facilities;

11. Mining rights in accordance with mining law;

12. Use rights and property rights to forests planted based on the law on saving and developing forests.

13. Right to use radio frequency electric in accordance with law on radio frequency electiric;

14. Bad debts and secured assets of the bad debt of an organization that the State held 100% of Charter capital being established by the gorvenment to deal with bad debt of Credit institution in accordance with the law;

15. Other assets assigned to auction in accordance with law;

16. Individual property and property beind auctioned by a voluntary organization;
