I was awarded the bid to sell the property, the house and land, in Hoc Mon. I have paid for the house in full under the 2019 auction contract, received the certificate of residential land use right and home ownership for the above house, but the house is not received because the landlord did not agree to the delivery.

Company A signs a goods sale and purchase contract with Company B on December 3, 2018. In the contract, there is an agreement: “In case a dispute arises, first of all, the two parties will negotiate in the spirit of mutual respect. If the two parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to an economic arbitration center in Vietnam for settlement. ”

When signing contract, we dont discuss about using commercial mediation to solve dispute. Currently, we have some problems that can be solved. Can one of us ask for a commercial mediation to solve the problems?
