Accordingly, Ho Chi Minh City allows all types of businesses and business households (with business registration licenses) to operate from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily, including:

- Postal and telecommunications services; office informatics equipment, equipment, learning tools.

- Food and beverage services are not served on-site, only for take-out; these businesses operate under the "3 on-site" model, selling only through online ordering.

- Services to support agricultural production, veterinary facilities

- Service of maintenance and repair of works, machinery and equipment, means of transport and supply of components and spare parts for this activity.

- Producing, processing and trading in food.

The above business types must satisfy the following conditions:

- For delivery staff of enterprises and business households: only allowed to operate in 1 district; must ensure safety measures to prevent and control the epidemic and perform a combined sample test of 3 people, the frequency is every 2 days; testing expenses shall be paid by enterprises and business households themselves.

- Employees directly at the workplace must be vaccinated with at least 1 vaccine against Covid-19 and perform tests with a frequency of 5 days / time according to the application form or the combined sample of 3 people; testing expenses shall be paid by enterprises and business households themselves.

- Enterprises and household businesses must register with the local government to be granted a road permit.

In addition, the shipper is allowed to operate between districts, districts and Thu Duc City from 6am to 9pm daily with the condition that the safety of epidemic prevention and control is ensured and the combined sample test of 3 people, the frequency of 2 days/time, the city budget will cover the cost of this test until September 30, 2021.
