In which cases do agencies, organizations and individuals have the right to refuse to provide information?
- Agencies, organizations and individuals have the right to refuse to provide information in the following cases:
- The case does not fall under the verification authority of the bailiff;
- Requesting the provision of information about agencies, organizations or individuals who are not judgment enforcement obligors within the verification competence of the bailiff;
- Dossier of request for provision does not contain documents specified in Article 45 of Decree No. 08/2020/ND-CP;
- Information and documents falling within the scope of state secrets in accordance with relevant laws
- Agencies, organizations and individuals that refuse to provide information must reply in written clearly stating the reasons.
