On September 30, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a press conference to officially announce the directive to adjust measures to prevent and adapt safely, flexibly, effectively control the Covid-19 epidemic and restore the economy and society on locality.

Production, business, trade and service activities that can be re-opened:

Enterprises, production and business establishments in industrial parks, export processing zones, high-tech zones, Quang Trung Software Park, industrial clusters and in the district, Thu Duc city.

Enterprises, commercial and service cooperatives, cooperatives, cooperative groups, households engaged in agricultural, forestry and fishery production and business; agricultural production support services, veterinary facilities, subjects of veterinary practice; traffic works, construction.

Business, commercial and service activities include:

  • Food provision
  • Trade centers, supermarkets, mini supermarkets; convenience stores, grocery stores; wholesale market, traditional market.
  • Gasoline, oil, gas, chemicals; electricity; country; fuel; material.
  • Service of buying, selling, repairing and maintaining vehicles, machinery, civil and industrial equipment.
  • Services of management, operation, maintenance, repair and application of infrastructure systems and equipment of agencies, buildings and apartments.
  • Public Service; security services; toll stations for road use; construction consulting services; environmental sanitation services; environmental monitoring and treatment services; Job placement services; wedding services - ask; car wash service; funeral services; public utility services such as water supply and drainage, parks, trees, technical infrastructure, transportation.

Accommodations, resorts, tourist attractions and other services serving visitors may operate at up to 50% of their capacity provided they meet the set of criteria for assessment of safety for epidemic prevention and control.

Business activities, bar services, spas, massages, beauty services, on-site catering services, cinemas, discos, karaoke, video games.
