Cases are free to use road From October 1, 2021,

Accordingly, free of charge to use the road for toll payers for the following vehicles:

- Ambulances, fire engines;

- Specialized vehicles of units under the organizational system of the People's Police include:

+ Police car 113 has the words: "POLICE 113" printed on both sides of the body;

+ Mobile police cars with the words "MOTIONAL POLICE" printed on both sides of the vehicle;

+ Special cars: satellite communication vehicles, bulletproof vehicles, anti-terrorism and anti-riot vehicles and other special cars of the Ministry of Public Security (newly added regulations).

Compared with the old regulations in Article 3 of Circular 293/2016/TT-BTC, the new regulations have added a number of vehicles that are free to use the road, which are special cars, including satellite communication vehicles, anti-aircraft vehicles. bullets, anti-terrorism, anti-riot vehicles and other special cars.

At the same time, chargeable objects are motor vehicles registered and inspected for circulation (with vehicle registration certificates and license plates, with inspection certificates) including: tractors and similar vehicles.

Circular 70/2021/TT-BTC  takes effect from October 1, 2021.
