Serving papers, dossiers and documents related to mutual legal assistance in civil domains by foreign competent agencies

- The Ministry of Justice selects one or a number of bailiff's offices to perform the service of papers, dossiers and documents related to mutual legal assistance in the civil domain of foreign competent authorities.

- The bailiff's office shall serve the papers, dossiers and documents related to mutual legal assistance in the civil domain of foreign competent agencies nationwide.

 -  The Minister of Justice shall detail the service specified in Clauses 1.2, Article 34 of Decree No. 08/2020/ND-CP and other relevant contents.
