Result of Serve

- Serve a writ is considered completed when the bailiff has completed the procedures as prescribed by law.

- The bailiff must notify the service result or documents proving the service is completed to the requested court, people's procuracies, civil judgment enforcement agencies, other agencies or organizations within the requested time within 2 working days since completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

 The results of service must be recorded in a service book made according to the form prescribed by the Minister of Justice.
