- The agreement on organization of judgment enforcement between the judgment enforcement requester and the bailiff's office is expressed in the form of a service contract with the following principal contents:
- Date, month and year of the request for judgment enforcement;
- Clauses required for enforcement according to judgments and decisions;
- Responsibilities of the bailiff's office in the execution of requests for judgment enforcement as authorized;
- Cost, payment method;
- Other agreements (if any).
- The contract is made in 02 copies, each party keeps 01 copy.
- After signing the contract, the bailiff's office must records in judgment enforcement book in the form prescribed by the Minister of Justice.
