Before recording evidence, the petitioner must agree in written (a service contract) with the head of the bailiff's office on what are the main contents of the bailiff?

The main contents of the agreement are as follows:

Contents of the evidence needed to be recorded;

Place and time of recording; Cost of setting up equals; Other agreements (if any).

- The agreement to make a license is made in 02 copies, each party keeps 01 copy.
