Whereby:

- About the subjects eligible for postponement of payment of trade union dues: Enterprises affected by the Covid-19 pandemic have to reduce by 10% or more of their employees participating in social insurance compared to January 2021 (including employees) termination of work, suspension of the performance of labor contracts, agreements on unpaid leave).

- About time: In the immediate future, the deadline for paying union dues will be postponed to December 31, 2021.

While previously, in Official Letter 2059/TLD dated May 28, 2021, the General Confederation stipulates that production and business enterprises affected by the Covid-19 epidemic with a number of employees participating in social insurance must temporarily take a break. For jobs from 50% of the total number of employees who are subject to compulsory social insurance contributions or more, they will be entitled to a delay in paying trade union dues.

From that, it can be seen that the conditions for delaying the payment of union dues have been loosened, helping more businesses to delay their union dues until the end of 2021.
