Who has the right to use the results of verification of judgment execution conditions?
- Judgment creditors and persons with related interests and obligations have the right to use the bailiff's verification results of judgment execution conditions to request judgment enforcement or protect his/her legitimate interests. The civil judgment enforcement agency and the bailiff's office with jurisdiction to execute judgments shall, based on the verification results, organize judgment enforcement.
- In case there are grounds to determine that the verification results are not objective and accurate, the civil judgment enforcement agency or the bailiff's office has the right not to use such results but must reply in writing clearly stating reason.
