Dos and don'ts for party members

This is the content of Regulation 37-QD/TW on what party members are not allowed to do (replacing Regulation 47-QD/TW dated November 1, 2011) issued by the Central Committee on October 25, 2021.

The new regulation retains 19 things that party members are not allowed to do, but has added and clarified some contents, for example:

- Oppose, denyeand distort Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought;

- Failure to fulfill the responsibility of setting an example; individualism, opportunism, self-interest;

- Use fake or illegal diplomas, certificates and certificates;

- Unlawful naturalization, remittance of money and assets abroad;

- Taking advantages of power, follow the crowd, formal democracy, not protecting the right, no fighting against the wrong.

Party committees at all levels are responsible for leading, directing and organizing the implementation of the Regulation and annually reporting to the higher level committees on the implementation of the Regulation through the Inspection Committee of the superior party committees.

Party members who violate this Regulation must be dealt with strictly, accurately and promptly in accordance with the Party's regulations and the laws of the State.

This Regulation replaces Regulation No. 47-QD/TW, dated November 1, 2011 of the 11th Central Committee of the Party Central Committee on what party members are not allowed to do, effective from the date of signing.
