The 15th National Assembly passed 2 laws and 12 resolutions at the 2nd session

  Accordingly, at the 2nd session, the 15th National Assembly approved 2 Laws: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles and Appendix - List of national statistical indicators of the Law on Statistics; and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The National Assembly also passed 12 resolutions, including: Resolution on socio-economic development plan in 2022; Resolution on the state budget estimate in 2022; Resolution on central budget allocation in 2022; Resolution on the economic restructuring plan for the period of 2021 - 2025; Resolution on national land use planning for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 and a 5-year land use plan 2021 - 2025; 04 resolutions on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Hai Phong city, Nghe An province, Thanh Hoa province and Thua Thien - Hue province; Resolution on organization of online trial; Resolution on questioning activities at the 2nd meeting; Resolution of the 2nd session of the 15th National Assembly.

Also at this session, the National Assembly spent 2.5 days to question the Ministers of Health, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Education and Training, Planning and Investment related to issues on strategies for epidemic prevention and control, vaccines, management of testing prices, medicines, medical equipment, capacity of grassroots health systems, medical staff; the implementation of support packages, ensuring social security, solutions to remove difficulties of the labor market, protecting children's rights, relief and charity work.

Next, ensuring the quality of teaching and learning, school safety, school health; organizing the national high school exam; solutions for economic recovery and development; supporting and removing difficulties for enterprises, cooperatives and business households, allocating and assigning plans and speeding up the disbursement of public investment capital, projects national key projects, using ODA and concessional loans for development investment.

Regarding disease prevention, the National Assembly requested to strengthen supervision, inspection, examination and audit; promptly reward organizations and individuals with achievements and strictly handle law violations in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic.

Focusing on directing the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic to ensure consistency and synchronization nationwide, closely following the goal of "safe adaptation, flexibility, effective control of the Covid-19 epidemic" associated with Socio-economic recovery and development program.
