Coordination of relevant agencies, organizations and individuals in verifying judgment execution conditions

• Justice - civil status, cadastral - construction - urban and environment officials, other commune-level officials and civil servants, social insurance agencies, credit institutions, land registration agencies, agencies registration of security transactions, notarial practice organizations and other individuals, agencies and organizations holding information or managing assets and accounts of judgment debtors to coordinate and support the bailiff in verifying judgment execution conditions; coordinate in providing information on judgment debtors' judgment execution conditions and take responsibility for the information provided.
• Agencies, organizations and individuals holding information or managing assets and accounts of judgment debtors shall sign the minutes when the bailiff directly verifies or provides information in writing at the request of the bailiff within 05 working days sicne the date of receipt of the request, in case of refusal to provide a written reply clearly stating the reason.

A document providing information includes the following contents: Time of information provision; content of information provided at the request within the scope and competence of the bailiff specified in this Decree.

• In case an agency, organization or individual provides untruthful information about the judgment debtor's judgment execution conditions, they must take responsibility before law.
• pay incurred expenses, compensate for damage (if any) in accordance with law.
