The maintenance occurs when the alimony and the alimony are related by blood, marriage, and foster care. At the same time, Article 107 of the Law on Marriage and Family also affirms that relationships subject to support obligations include:

- My parents and children

- Siblings

- Grandparents, grandparents and grandchildren.

- Aunt, uncle and nephew, niece

- Wife and husband.

Article 112 of the Law on Marriage and Family, a brother, sister or sister is only obliged to support if they fall into one of the following two cases:

- No more parents.

- Parents are unable to work and have no assets to support their children.

If an adult brother or sister does not live with the younger brother or sister, they are obliged to support the minor brother who has no property to support himself or the adult brother but has no working capacity or property to support himself or herself.

If adult younger siblings do not live with elder brother or sister who are unable to work or have no property to support the younger siblings, the younger sister or brother are also obliged to support their elder brother or sister.

Therefore, the support obligation between brothers, sisters and brothers applies to both sides: brother and sister or brother and sister. This is the second-priority alimony relationship after the parent- child support obligation.
