Some people have not received wage support under Resolution 116

1. Deadline to receive money for working people is November 30

According to the decision 28/2021/QD-TTg , no later than November 10, 2021, enterprises must complete the submission of the list of employees eligible for support if any adjustments are made.

No later than 20 days, the social insurance agency will pay support to employees (according to points b, c, clause 1, Article 3 of Decision 28/2021/QD-TTg).

Thus, no later than November 30, 2021, employees working at enterprises will receive support money. Therefore, if the employee has not received the support at this time, the employee should not be too worried.

 2. After November 30, 2021, you must apply for the job support scheme if not having the wage support

Specifically, Clause 3, Article 3 of Decision 28/2021/QD-TTg clearly states:

3. After November 30, 2021, if the employees subject to Clause 1 of this Article have not yet received support, the employees shall comply with Clause 2 of this Article.

That is, after November 30, 2021, employees who are working at businesses that have not received support money must actively go through procedures, as in the case of employees who have quit their jobs, stop participating in unemployment insurance.

To do this procedure, the employee prints the Application for support according to form No. 04, fills in all information and submits it to the nearest social insurance agency.

In addition, employees can work online via VssID application or on the Public Service Portal of Vietnam Social Insurance.

3. Deadline for jobs support scheme (JSS) for unemployed people  is December 31, 2021

According to Point b, Clause 2, Article 3 of Decision 28/2021/QD-TTg, the social insurance agency shall pay support to employees by December 31, 2021 at the latest.

This is the deadline to receive the support money of employees who have quit their jobs or employees who are working but have not received money after November 30, 2021, must go through the procedures themselves.

As such, the employee should note this timeline, if the submitted application is complete and valid, the employee will definitely receive the support at this time at the latest.
