Procedure for issuing the Red Book when winning the land auction

Step 1: Within 05 working days since the date of receiving the decision to recognize the auction winning result, the tax authority will send a notice about the deadline for paying the land use levy to the auction winner.

 Based on this notice of the tax agency, the auction winner will pay the land use levy to the State Treasury and transfer the payment receipt to the natural resources and environment agency.

Step 2: After receiving the death certificate with full payment of the auction winning money, the natural resources and environment agency shall submit the competent People's Committee to issue the Red Book to the auction winner.

Step 3: Within 05 working days since the date the People's Committee issues the Red Book, the auction winner will be handed over the land and the Red Book and updated and corrected the cadastral database and cadastral records.
