- NOTARIZATION PROCEDURES FOR AUTHORIZATION CONTRACT- AUTHORIZATION LETTER

 Mandator have to provide documents as belows

* In case that mandator is wife and husband, these documents needed:

1. Identity card or passport of the mandator (wife and husband)

2. Family register of the mandator (wife and husband)

3. Marriage certificate of mandator.

4. Certificate of property use rights (house, land, car, etc) or other authorization parpers (Business registration certificate, invitation, summons, etc).

5. Authorization contract which has the content of reauthorization (if having).

* in case that the mandator is a person, these below documents needed:

1. Certificate of marital status (if single from the past to now) or Divorce judgment + Certificate of marital status (if divorced)

2. Death certificate of wife or husband + certificates of marital status (If wife or husband is dead)

3. Documents that prove the private properties that are given, inherited or agreed or  judgment for property division (donation contract, declaration of inheritance, agreement on property division, judgment on property division)

* In case that the mandator is juridical person, these below documents needed:

1. Establishment decision, business registration of juridical person.

2. Decision to appoint the head of juridical person (legal representative of juridical person) or authorized representative certificate if authorizing.

3. Indentity card, passport (If foreigner or overseas Vietnamese) or legal documents of legal representative (original and certified copy)

Documents provided by authorized party (apply to Giấy tờ bên nhận ủy quyền cung cấp (only applicable to authorization contract)

1. Identity card or passport of authorized party.

2. Family register of authorized party.

3. Notary service request form.
