Agreement for sale and purchase of real estate

Documents need to be provided by seller:

1. Certificate of ownership of houses and land use rights; in case of selling a part of the land, we need these documents: official dispatch of Land registration office or  Environmental resource center, records of land parcel, housing map.

2. Identity card or passport of seller (wife and husband).

3. Family register of seller (wife and husband).

4. Marriage certificate of seller.

* In case that the seller is a person, these below documents needed:

1. Certificate of marital status (if single from the past to now)

2. Judgment of divorce + Certificate of marital status (if divorced)

3. Death certificate of wife or husband + Certificate of marital status (if wife or husband died before having the property)

4. Documents prove that private  properties are given, inherited or agreed; judgment on property division (donation contract, declaration of heritance, agreement on property division, judgment on property division)

5. Authorization contract on selling (if having)Hợp đồng uỷ quyền bán (Nếu có)

Documents need to be provided by buyer:

1. Identity card or passport of buyer (wife and husband if buyer is married couple)

2. Family register of buyer (wife and husband)

3. Marriage certificate of buyer

4. Notary service request form + declaration

5. Authorization contract on buying (if having)
