The covid-19 pandemic has brought a lot of negative consequences, seriously affecting the production and business activities of each business and individual. Enterprises have to suffer a lot of losses, even stop operating, declare bankruptcy..., business and commercial disputes arise a lot during and after this period between individuals, business organizations, operations. commercial activities, this is not what any business or individual wants.

 At this time, it is imperative that the parties choose the most optimal method to settle disputes, minimize losses and damages, maintain a good cooperative relationship between the parties, etc. In the current dispute resolution method, Commercial Mediation is recommended as the top priority because of the advantages, advantages and benefits brought to businesses and then Commercial Arbitration. These two tools are currently regulated by Vietnamese law in Decree No. 22/2017/ND-CP on Commercial Mediation dated February 24, 2017 and Law on Commercial Arbitration in 2010.
