Conference "Law on commercial arbitration and commercial mediation - Theoretical and practical issues in Vietnam today"

In the current context, the covid-19 pandemic has brought a lot of negative consequences, seriously affecting the production and business activities of each business and individual. Enterprises have to suffer a lot of losses, even stop operating, declare bankruptcy..., business and commercial disputes arise a lot during and after this period between individuals, business organizations, operations. commercial activities, this is not what any business or individual wants.

At this time, it is imperative that the parties choose the most optimal method to settle disputes, minimize losses and damages, maintain a good cooperative relationship between the parties, etc. In the current dispute resolution method, Commercial Mediation is recommended as the top priority because of the advantages, advantages and benefits brought to businesses and then Commercial Arbitration. These two tools are currently regulated by Vietnamese law in Decree No. 22/2017/ND-CP on Commercial Mediation dated February 24, 2017 and Law on Commercial Arbitration in 2010.

To better understand these two dispute resolution methods and Commercial Mediation, Thoroughly and effectively applied Commercial Arbitration, Thinh Tri Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Center (TTCAC) ) in collaboration with the University of Foreign Languages ​​and Informatics in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City (Huflit) organized a scientific conference with the theme "Law on commercial arbitration and commercial mediation - Theoretical and practical issues in Vietnam today."

The program is invested in content with the consultation of guests: Dr. Nguyen Vinh Huy - Founding Chairman of Thinh Tri Law System; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Dinh Hao; Dr. Bui Kim Hieu - Dean of the Law Faculty of Huflit University; Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai - Deputy Director of the Department of Judicial Assistance, Ministry of Justice and along with the business community throughout the country participated in the seminar, agencies related to the operation of Commercial Arbitration and Commercial Mediation.
