Completing electrically certificated copies from originals in September 2020

Specifically, in September 2020, local areas completed the electrically certified copies from the original, confirm the legality of electrical document in accordance with authority.

In Decree 129/NQ-CP on the status of building e- Government and changing administrative procedures, the Government has required ministries, organizations and local areas as follows:

- Focus on implementing tasks and works assigned by the Prime Minister in the Steering Committee meeting regarding to e- Government on August 26, 2020.

- Promptly completing the construction of Reporting information system of ministries, branches and localities, connecting to Reporting information system to the Government in quarter IV/ 2020.

-  Keep boosting up the revolution, simplization and electronicization administrative procedures and promptly handle with people and business's feedback and request.

- Ministry of Finance hosts and coordinates with the State Bank of Vietnam, government office and concerned ministries regarding to research, show the Government  the resolution for fee exemption and reduction, fees for online administrative service and related fees (postage, account), complete in October 2020.

- MIC hosts and coordinates with Ministry of Finance to recommend the resolution on reducing maitainance and operation cost of public digital signatures, report to the Prime Minister in September 2020.

- The Government Cipher committee promptly boosts up the speed of decentralization and authorization of some digital signature authentication services for the Government following the direction of the Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam at official dispatch 3402/VPCP-KSTT dated April 29, 2020.
