Main form and content of bailiff's record

• The license shall be made in writing in Vietnamese with the following principal contents:
  • Name and address of the bailiff office;bailiff officer full name;
  • Họ, tên người tham gia khác (nếu có); 
  • Place and time of recording the file;
  • Full name and address of the requester for a bailiff record;
  • Full name of other participants (if any);
  • Contents of the requirements for making a license; specific content of the event, the behavior is recorded;
  • The bailiff's commitment to the truthfulness and objectivity in the preparation of the certificate;
  • The signature of the bailiff officer, the seal of the bailiff office, the signature or fingerprint of the requester, other participants (if any) and the person whose behavior is violated (if they so request).

If the diploma has 02 or more pages, each page must be numbered ordinal; vis with 02 or more sheets must be stamped adjacent between the sheets; The number of originals of each vi equals to be mutually agreed upon by the parties (Unlimited number).

• Enclosed with the bailiff record may be proof documents; in case the supporting documents are prepared by the bailiff, they must be consistent with the competence and scope specified in Clause 1, Article 36 of Decree No. 08/2020/ND-CP;
• The Minister of Justice shall specify the form o bailiff record.
