Covid-19 support money for 3rd phase in Ho Chi Minh City

Following the direction of the City People's Committee at Notice No. 685/VP-TB dated September 15, 2021 of the City People's Committee's Office on the 3rd phase of support plan for people affected by epidemic COVID-19;

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs proposed the Chairman of the People's Committee of the district, city and city Thu Duc to direct the Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, ward and township to quickly review and make a list of averages. The proposal for approval of people in really difficult circumstances due to the COVID-19 epidemic are actually present in communes, wards and townships to implement the 3rd phase of support policy as follows:

 +  Members of poor households, near-poor households; people who are entitled to monthly social allowance regimes in communities with really difficulty..

+  Workers with really difficult circumstances who lose their jobs and have no income during the time of social distancing are actually present in the commune, ward or township (including the case of employees who are currently living in slum, concentrated isolation, being treated...).

+ Subject (2)'s dependents including: father, mother, spouse and children who are housewives or are unable to work, "live" dependents in the same household present in the commune, ward, town at the time of survey and making a list (including cases of people in concentrated isolation zone, being treated...).

+ Temporary residents in motels, accommodation areas, slum, poor neighborhoods, who are in really difficult circumstances during the time the City implements the distance, and are present in the communes, wards, town.

Note: no supporting the following cases: people who are enjoying pensions, people participating in social insurance and enterprises that pay salaries in August 2021.
