- PROCEDURES FOR TESTAMENT NOTARIZATION

Documents needed

* In case that the testator is wife and husband, need to have these below documents:

1. Indentity card or passport of wife and husband.

2. Family register of wife and husband.

3. Marriage certificate

4. Certificate of property use right (house, land, cars, etc).

5. Testament ( notary service requester prepares or notary office prepares as requirement)

* In case that the testator is one person, these below documents needed:

1. Identity card or passport.

2. family register.

3. Certificate of property use rights (house, land, car, etc).

4. Testament ( notary service requester prepares or notary office prepares as requirement).
