My company has signed an office lease contract with Company A. Currently Company A owes me the rent, but because Company B owes it to Company A the same amount owed by Company A. Now company B does not fulfill its obligation to repay the debt to my company under the agreement to transfer the debt repayment obligation from Company A to Company B. So the arbitration agreement in the lease contract is valid with Company B
