Pursuant to Article 11 of Joint Circular No. 01/2017, the time limit for settlement of crime reports and denunciations is as follows:

- For denunciations or information about crimes with complicated details or having to be checked and verified at many locations: The time limit for settlement may be extended but not exceeding 02 months from the date of receipt of the crime reports.
