The Government needs an emergency inspection of Covid test kit procurement

This is the content mentioned in the Government's Resolution 03/NQ-CP dated January 10, 2022 on the Government-local online conference and the December 2021 regular Government meeting.

Specifically, at the online conference, the Government basically agreed with the main results of inspection, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement, and anti-corruption in 2021 and orientations. The main tasks in 2022 are submitted by the Government Inspector in Document 2296/BC-TTCP, in which, ministries, agencies and localities are required to focus on these following key tasks:

- Strictly implement the directives and resolutions of the Government and the Prime Minister related to inspection activities;

Strengthen inspection of state management in important fields of branches and levels and inspect the performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks by agencies, organizations and units, especially branches, sectors and localities with signs of violation, negative public opinion, corruption, many complaints and denunciations arise;

Promptly inspect the procurement of medical equipment, bio-products, test kits for epidemic prevention and control.

Improve the quality of inspection, ensure that they are rigorous, objective, timely and feasible;

Strictly, promptly and lawfully handle group and individual that violates the law. Focus on completing the draft Law on Inspection (amended) to ensure quality and progress and submit it to the National Assembly.

In addition, regarding the reduction and simplification of business regulations, businesses are consulted with associations, businesses and affected subjects for options to reduce and simplify business regulations and regulations promulgated in the draft legal documents on the business regulation consultation portal at https://quydinhtinhdoanh.gov.vn.

Resolution 03/NQ-CP was issued on January 10, 2022.
