Employees will receive support under Resolution 116 before November 30, 2021,

This is the content of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 28/2021/QD-TTg stipulating the implementation of policies to support employees and employers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic from the unemployment insurance.

Accordingly, after receiving the list of employees eligible for support sent by the social insurance agency, and finding it necessary to adjust the information. No later than the end of November 10, 2021, the enterprise must complete the adjustment of information to return the list to the social insurance agency, enclosed with a document proving the adjusted information as prescribed.

Within 20 days since the date receiving the adjusted list which means around November 30, 2021, the social insurance agency must pay support to employees at the enterprise.

Thus, no later than November 30, 2021, employees at enterprises will receive support money.

In addition, in Clause 3, Article 3 of Decision 28/2021/QD-TTg, after November 30, 2021, employees working at enterprises who have not yet received support money must do it themselves as in the case of employees who have quit their jobs and stopped participating in unemployment insurance.

Thus, it can be concluded that November 30, 2021 is considered as the last deadline for employees working at enterprises to receive Covid-19 support money. If after this date, the employee has not received the support money, they need to go through the procedures and do it before December 20, 2021.
