Under what circumstances is the issuance of a copy of the license issued by bailiff office?
- The issuance of a copy of a bailiff issued by the bailiff office which is storing the original of the license shall be made in the following cases:
- At the written request of a competent authority on the provision of bailiff dossiers for supervision, examination, inspection, investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment enforcement related to the bailiff;
- At the request of the person requesting the establishment of a bailiff dossier, the person with the rights and obligations related to the certificate has been made.
- The person requesting the grant of a copy of bailiff at Point b, Clause 1 of this Article must pay the issuance fee at the following rate: VND 5000/page, from the third page upwards: VND 3000/page.
