- Directing pharmaceutical business establishments to fully comply with the provisions of law in buying and selling drugs in general and drugs to treat Covid-19 in particular; list prices and sell them according to the listed and declared drug prices; fully guide people on using drugs according to instructions; fully comply with the requirements of good drug practice in pharmaceutical business (GSP, GDP, GPP) and other regulations in pharmaceutical business; The Ministry of Health requests the People's Committees of the provinces and cities to urgently direct the implementation of the contents of this Official Dispatch; organize inspection and examination to early detect violating organizations and individuals and strictly handle violations.
