Ngày 27/11/2020 Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định 138/2020/NĐ-CP về tuyển dụng, sử dụng và quản lý công chức , trong đó, bổ sung nhiều đối tượng công chức tập sự được hưởng 100% lương, phụ cấp.
