Accordingly, in order to continue to implement the Government's direction in Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP dated July 1, 2021, continue to direct and guide transport business units in the area to urgently implement strictly implement the installation of cameras on vehicles to record and store images during traffic participation for vehicles with cameras needed (passenger transport business cars with a capacity of 09 seats or more; container trucks and trailers) specified in Clause 2, Article 13, Clause 2, Article 14 of Decree No. 10/2020/ND-CP. The implementation time is guaranteed to be completed before December 31, 2021 according to the Government's Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP dated July 1, 2021.

In addition, asking the coach station and freight station to closely coordinate in inspecting vehicles entering and leaving the station to strictly comply with the conditions on transport business by car as prescribed; strengthen propaganda to drivers and transport business units in having to install cameras on transport business cars before December 31, 2021 to avoid being handled for violations from January 1, 2022.
Assign the Department Inspector to coordinate with the coach station and freight station and functional forces in the area to check the vehicles before leaving the station and during the operation of transport business, strictly handle them for not installing cameras on vehicles according to regulations.
