Why is the information on verification of judgment execution conditions kept confidentiality? Who is responsible for confidentiality?
- Information verifying judgment execution conditions is only used for the purpose of judgment execution; decisions is lawfull and kept confidential as prescribed by law.
- The bailiff, the bailiff's office, the requester and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are responsible for keeping the information provided confidentially.
- Individuals, agencies and organizations that commit violations specified in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 47 of Decree No.: 08/2020/ND-CP, based on the nature and seriousness of their violations, will be handled for violations. administrative proceedings or be examined for penal liability and compensate for damage (if any) in accordance with law.
