3 Joint circulars on salary to be abolished from February 15th, 2021

On December 30, 2020, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 22/2020/TT-BLDTBXH on the annulment of legal documents issued by the Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

Accordingly, from February 15, 2021, 03 Joint Circulars in the field of labor relations and wages will expire, including:

- Joint Circular 37/2011/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC-BNV-BNG guiding the implementation of Decision 10/2011/QD-TTG on the regime for those who directly participate in and serve the demarcation, planting border markers on land;

- Joint Circular 31/2014/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BQP amended and supplemented a number of articles of Joint Circular 26/2011/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BQP guiding the pilot implementation of salary management for employees with the parent company- Military Telecommunications Group 2011 - 2013 according to Decree 65/2011/ND-CP;

- Joint Circular 26/2011/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BQP guiding the pilot implementation of salary management for the parent company- Military Telecommunications Group 2011-2013 according to Decree 65/2011/ND-CP.

This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2021.
